Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)

Experience managing daily cash activity, including reconciliations and monitoring balances

Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits, credits, and transaction flow

Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations

Ability to support accurate balance sheet activity and documentation

High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment

Clear, professional communication skills

Preferred

Experience in treasury, cash management, or balance sheet–focused accounting roles

Exposure to financial services or wealth management environments

Experience working within an ERP or accounting system

Interest in process improvement and expanded responsibility over time
