Responsibilities

Design, manage, and analyze large‑scale tracking surveys, with a focus on longitudinal UX measurement

Produce comprehensive research reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Prioritize and manage multiple research initiatives in rapidly evolving environments

Generate insights that inform both ongoing product development and future research opportunities

Support data‑driven decision‑making through rigorous quantitative methodologies

Qualification

R programming (Tidyverse)Survey design expertiseStatistical analysisPython programmingGoogle Workspace proficiencyHands-on primary research

Required

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant UX research experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience, or PhD with 2+ years of experience

Demonstrated proficiency in R, particularly the Tidyverse ecosystem

Experience in survey design, item development, and large‑scale data collection

Strong foundation in statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, regressions, ANOVA, and t‑tests

Hands‑on experience conducting primary research

Proficiency with Google Workspace tools

Required: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant field such as Psychology, Statistics, Human‑Computer Interaction, or Social Sciences
