They are seeking a Shift Leader / Team Captain to help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals while providing guidance to team members during shifts.

Responsibilities
Blends delicious tasting smoothies
Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
Performs opening and/or closing duties
Performs store checklist tasks
Shows up on time and ready to work
Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
Assists in Team Member management throughout shift
Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments
Qualification
Required
Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a 'guest comes first' attitude
Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply
Preferred
Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary
