Contribute to process improvements and financial discipline
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
5 or more years of progressive accounting experience
Public accounting or public company audit background
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Experience supporting external audits, including audit requests and documentation
Ability to prepare and review account reconciliations and supporting schedules
Experience identifying and addressing audit findings or control gaps
High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
Clear, professional communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting SOX compliance or internal controls
Background in audit readiness for growing or complex organizations
Experience with ERP systems and structured close environments
Advanced Excel skills
Interest in process improvement and expanded responsibility over time
