Responsibilities
Analyze, evaluate, and decision appraisal reports in accordance with all agency and investor guidelines and standards
Complete comprehensive collateral reviews in a timely manner to meet service level expectations
Maintain a pipeline and communicate issues to Appraisers, Processor, and Originators
Remain informed and current on all agency and investor guidelines and updates
Maintain a high level of customer service
Collaborate with the Post Closing Department on any stipulations for closed files
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3 years' mortgage underwriting experience
Working knowledge of all agency and investor underwriting policies
Excellent prioritization and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Advanced analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience in collateral underwriting
