Oversee portfolio of major ESCO and infrastructure projects ensuring all performance guarantees are achieved
Negotiate contracts and partnerships to optimize commercial outcomes
Manage portfolio-level P&L;, ROI, and savings validation metrics
Represent my client at executive client and industry forums
Develop strategic KPIs, benchmarks, and continuous improvement programs
Mentor senior leaders to drive negotiation and leadership excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance; MBA or PE preferred
15+ years managing large-scale ESCO, energy, or infrastructure portfolios
Proven expertise in performance contracting and project finance
Strong record of stakeholder engagement and client leadership
Demonstrated success in delivering guaranteed energy savings
