Responsibilities

Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions

Originate residential mortgage loans in compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines

Educate clients throughout the loan process to ensure clarity, confidence, and trust

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, real estate professionals, and internal teams

Collect, analyze, and submit accurate loan applications and required documentation

Manage loan pipelines effectively to meet closing timelines and performance expectations

Maintain all required licensing, continuing education, and compliance standards
