Qualification
Required
5+ years in VP/C-suite roles or equivalent senior leadership experience
Proven expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and business operations
Exceptional communication & influencing skills
Strong understanding of strategy, market dynamics, and compliance (a plus)
Bachelor's degree required
