Responsibilities

Lead development, implementation, and enhancement of operational policies, procedures, and controls to support new and existing products while ensuring regulatory compliance

Partner closely with branch leadership to strengthen control functions, identify issues in real time, and escalate risks promptly

Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Accounting, Risk, Internal Control, and Audit teams to investigate and remediate operational issues

Conduct operational analyses across branches and business units; present actionable findings and recommendations to senior management and the Board

Oversee Deposit Services operations, continuously evaluating service quality and implementing corrective actions as needed

Support product managers in the development and rollout of new products and services

Contribute to short- and long-term strategic planning as a member of the management team

Serve as primary liaison to branch operational teams to improve service delivery and production outcomes

Conduct internal surprise operational audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards
