Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
5 or more years of progressive accounting experience
Proven experience managing the full fixed asset lifecycle
Experience with asset capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and transfers
Strong understanding of GAAP related to fixed assets
Ability to prepare and maintain depreciation rollforwards and supporting schedules
Experience supporting month-end close and balance sheet accuracy
High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
Clear, professional communication skills

Preferred

Experience supporting multi-location or multi-entity environments
Exposure to capital project accounting or construction-in-progress
Experience performing ROI or capital investment analysis
Experience with ERP systems and structured close processes
Advanced Excel skills
