Responsibilities
Administer reconciliations, reporting, analysis, and documentation within the regulatory reporting function
Prepare and review regulatory reports; research and resolve discrepancies or variances
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Monitor and communicate incidents related to regulatory reports to senior management
Research new products, systems, and best practices within the regulatory reporting environment
Review and reconcile General Ledger data to ensure accurate reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing
Strong knowledge of accounting practices, US GAAP/IFRS, and regulatory reporting standards
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with regulatory reporting forms (e.g., FFIEC 002, FR Y-15) is a plus
Familiarity with financial products such as derivatives, fixed income, lending, and cash management
Spanish language proficiency is a plus
