Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and integrate robust, scalable, and effective production applications for multiple business teams

Act as the technical expert on a cross functional team delivering solutions on Microsoft AX or D365 F&O

Participate with business analysts in requirements gathering, analysis, and specification, providing technical expertise and recommendations

Provide L2/L3 production support for ERP/Merchandising application issues, including night and weekend support when needed

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues at the code and database layers

Assist Business Architects and Analysts in requirements gathering, analysis, and specification, providing technical expertise and recommendations

Work with the Lead Engineer to ensure that the solutions developed by the team meet our quality standards

This will include developing and implementing test plans, performing code reviews, managing source code, and following proper change management practices

Work closely with other members of the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that will improve the system's overall performance and functionality

Qualification

Microsoft AXX++T-SQLERP experienceProblem solving

Required

4+ years of hands-on experience within Software Development, specifically within the Microsoft AX platform

Hands on experience with X++ and T-SQL

Exposure to working within an ERP environment

Ability to think critically to identify key production issues

Extensive problem solving and continuous problem-solving skills

Experience with testing, deploying, and supporting software solutions and platforms
