Responsibilities
Follow up with warm client requests and prior inquiries (no cold outreach)
Schedule and run appointments over Zoom or phone
Ask good questions, understand the family’s needs, and guide them through options
Help clients complete the protection process with clarity and confidence
Use company tools/systems to track follow-ups and stay organized
Attend weekly virtual training + team development
Qualification
Required
Must be able to pass a background check + carrier contracting
Reliable cell phone, computer, and internet/Wi-Fi
Flexible availability (some evenings/weekends based on client scheduling)
Active Life & Health license OR willingness to obtain
