Patient Experience - Coordinator
Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group dedicated to improving the quality of life through personalized healthcare. They are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle patient communications, track complaints, and develop experience reports to enhance patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Conduct daily follow-up communications with new and established patients
Track and monitor patient complaints through final resolution
Develop patient experience reports
Complete Daily phone/text audits
Complete volume reporting to be shared with management
Pull charts in accordance with insurance request
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service role required
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare required
Complete understanding of HIPAA and PHI policies
Excellent written, verbal communication, and customer service skills
Strong multi-tasking skills, excellent ability to pay attention to detail
Must be a team player!
Preferred
Experience with EMR system preferred, EClinical Works is a plus!
