Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing processes and CNC programs for complex 4- and 5-axis milling of turbine airfoil components
Select and design cutting tools, fixturing, and machining strategies to optimize quality, cost, and throughput
Provide hands-on shop floor support to machinists, troubleshooting and improving machining and related processes
Collaborate with Product Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve non-conformances and improve design manufacturability
Lead process improvement, development, and qualification projects, including data analysis, DOE, and documentation
Support production planning activities such as quality control plans, quoting, tooling inventory, and CAPEX initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience; 5+ years of proven 4- or 5-axis milling manufacturing experience
Strong knowledge of conventional machining processes for complex turbine components (blades and vanes)
Proficiency in Siemens NX and Teamcenter CAD/CAM and product data management systems
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications
Experience with CNC programming (online and offline) and fixture design for milling applications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with experience working in a production environment
