Substance Screening & Customer Services Specialist

Responsibilities
Greets office visitors/customers who have been randomly selected to receive an oral substance screen specimen. Administers oral swab testing for clients, utilizes and updates the randomization testing system for the service teams, tracks and ships all specimens
Provide child and/or adult transportation for approved services (e.g., parenting time, medical appointments, counseling, other agency-supported functions) as assigned by agency supervisor or designee, in accordance with all applicable laws and policies and procedures. Provide necessary care for children when transporting, to include the following: Assuring children have age-appropriate necessities (diapers, formula etc.) for scheduled travel time, assuring the identity of both verbal and non-verbal children when picking up from caregivers, providing care, guidance, and transfer of information to caregivers, and assuring safety of children in care at all times
Performs redaction of electronic case information for the purposes of Discovery. Completes Discovery requests and forwards to the Prosecutor according to schedule. Assists with document/scanning of case information within the electronic data management system for Child and Adult Protective Services
Provides reception coverage as needed due to illness, vacation, lunch or breaks. Meets and greets office visitors; utilizes SACWIS to look up necessary client information; directs visitors to waiting area and notifies the appropriate personnel concerning the visitor. Assists the service teams with picking up Law Enforcement Agencies Data Systems (LEADS) results. Attends training and staff meetings as required
Qualification
Required
Twelve months experience as a Unit Support Worker 1, 30111 and a valid driver's license
Or formal education in arithmetic that includes addition and subtraction, and reading and speaking common English vocabulary, one course or six months experience in typing, keyboarding or word processing, and a valid driver's license
Also requires an additional twelve months experience in typing, keyboarding or word processing and working in an office environment handling in-person and/or telephone contacts with clients, customers and/or general public
Or education, training and/or experience in an amount equal to the Minimum Qualifications Stated Above
