New Grad, Entry LevelResults Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team in Lebanon West, TN. The role involves maintaining daily operations of the clinic, providing excellent customer service, and supporting clinic growth through patient intake processes.

Responsibilities
Collect all money due at the time of service
Convert referrals into evaluations
Schedule patient visits
Customer Service
Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
Make all welcome calls
Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
Manage schedule efficiently
Manage document routing
Manage personal overtime
Manage non-clinical documentation
Manage deposits
Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
Monitor clinic inventory
Attend any required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates
Complete quarterly compliance training
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills
