Responsibilities
Manage AR for Mexico: Oversee invoicing, payment posting, and collections with precision and timeliness
Reconcile & Report: Align AR sub-ledger with ERP (NetSuite) and sales systems for accurate revenue recognition
Support Revenue Operations: Partner with the Revenue Manager to ensure compliance and data integrity
Analyze Trends: Prepare AR reports, aging schedules, and insights for decision-making
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to Mexican accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements
Drive Process Improvements: Streamline workflows, enhance automation, and reduce manual errors
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Mexican certification preferred)
3–5 years in AR or revenue accounting, ideally in high-volume B2B/B2C environments
Strong knowledge of Mexican accounting standards & tax regulations
ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and familiarity with revenue recognition under US GAAP
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
