Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and prioritize scheduling conflicts
Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and action tracking
Plan multi‑leg domestic/international travel and handle expense reporting
Draft executive‑level correspondence and prepare briefing materials
Create/edit decks (PowerPoint) and maintain trackers (Excel)
Serve as gatekeeper for internal teams, clients, and investors
Track deliverables and deadlines across multiple stakeholders
Champion best practices in Outlook, Teams, and travel/expense systems
Qualification
Required
3–7 years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
Advanced Outlook, Teams, Zoom; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication
High discretion and judgment handling sensitive information
Preferred

Bachelor's degree
