Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for retained search assignments (mid-to-senior level)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies (including AI, organizational mapping, complex internet searches, etc.)
Develop targeted talent pools and facilitate accurate and comprehensive research / name identification
Source, interview, assess and manage communications with targeted talent
Work independently with minimal direction
Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, high-touch, customer-focused environment
Be a highly-organized, collaborative, team-oriented and tenacious talent identifier and assessor
Possess a high level of tact and judgement
Have a passion for repetitive tasks and performance excellence
Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
Provide a high level of personal attention
Emphasize accessibility, swift attention to detail and consistent follow-up and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and full life cycle recruiting experience
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and recruiting for senior executive level positions
Extensive experience with highly professional recruitment of senior executives and networking with a superb ability to simultaneously establish credibility and rapidly build strong relationships
Experience in the professional yet relentless pursuit of top talent
Excellent assessment abilities and experience independently sourcing candidates
Excellent time management and organization skills
Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced and demanding work environment
A strong results-orientation with a continuous improvement mindset
A passion for excellence and a positive, 'can-do' approach

Preferred
Knowledge of Life Sciences industries and/or retained search experience is a plus
