Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for Coupa and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, leading the design, configuration, and support of these systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize current workflows, ensuring compliance and scalability

Manage system enhancements and new feature deployments, aligning them with evolving business needs

Oversee integrations between Coupa and core financial systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless connectivity

Provide advanced support for escalated issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions
