Salsa is a fintech company focused on providing modern payroll infrastructure through APIs. They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee partner integrations from kickoff to production launch, ensuring timely and effective delivery of integrations.

Responsibilities

Own partner integrations from contract signature through production launch

Lead all partner integration meetings and serve as the primary point of contact

Define timelines, milestones, and launch readiness criteria

Own the technical delivery plan (APIs, data flows, environments)

Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Support, and Sales

Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive issues to resolution

Own go-live execution and post-launch stabilization

Build repeatable integration processes to reduce time-to-launch

Required

5+ years experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, or partner integrations

Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, and system workflows

Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end

Comfortable operating in regulated or high-stakes environments

Preferred

Experience in fintech, payroll, payments, or HR tech

Experience forward deployed, launching products externally (via external stakeholders/channel partners/customers/partners) rather than internal feature release experience a plus!
