Sales Development Representative (US)

Stream is a fast-scaling global company looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their sales pipeline from their Boulder office. The SDR will focus on outbound prospecting, conducting discovery calls, setting qualified meetings, and collaborating with account executives to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting
Conduct high-quality discovery to uncover needs and align them to Stream’s solutions
Set qualified meetings with ICP prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach
Collaborate with AEs by attending intro calls and ensuring seamless handoffs
Consistently hit activity and pipeline goals by driving strong top-funnel performance
Maintain clean and accurate CRM data (Salesforce)
Stay sharp on Stream’s product, value propositions, ideal customer profile, and competitive landscape

Required

6+ months SDR or outbound lead gen experience at a tech company
Proven cold calling + emailing skills with examples of success
Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools
Strong business acumen with the ability to think on your feet
Excellent written and verbal communication: persuasive, confident, and authentic
Ability to handle rejection, stay resilient, and stay motivated
Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Preferred

Experience at a SaaS startup
Exposure to API-driven products or developer-focused solutions
Fluent in Spanish
Experience with the LATAM Market
