Responsibilities

Represent clients in a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, R-1, PERM labor certifications, and NIWs
Advise employers and employees on visa options, compliance issues, and strategy
Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documents with USCIS, DOL, and other relevant agencies
Provide clients with clear legal advice on complex immigration matters and ensure they understand their rights and options
Monitor and manage deadlines for a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Stay current with changes in employment-based immigration laws, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions tailored to client needs
Participate in firm-wide training programs to advance knowledge and expertise in immigration law

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in any state (New York Bar preferred)
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation and maintaining the firm's standards of excellence

Preferred

Prior experience in employment-based immigration law is preferred
Motivated new attorneys are encouraged to apply
