Responsibilities

This role primarily generates maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the multi-family/apartment market by effectively selling flooring products and installation services

Sustains a pipeline of new business through creative prospecting

Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs

Provides all necessary information for each new account/customer

Provides floor plans and pricing for all accounts/customers via customer templates

Promptly addresses customer complaints and problems

Sets and achieves monthly and quarterly goals

Performs random job site inspections. Reports results to the Operations department

Maintains an organized sample/showroom and sales office

Reports to management any information pertinent to competitive pricing and/or changes in the marketplace

Other duties as assigned
