Responsibilities
Participate in Mortgage Pros’ training program, including product knowledge, systems, compliance, and client communication
Assist licensed Loan Officers with loan applications, documentation collection, and file preparation
Learn to consult with clients by observing and supporting the loan process from application through closing
Communicate professionally with clients, referral partners, and internal teams under supervision
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation meets company and regulatory standards
Work toward obtaining and maintaining NMLS licensure, as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
College coursework preferred
Sales, customer service, or financial services experience a plus, but not required
