Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Payable Management: Process and record invoices, payments, and adjustments using QuickBooks; manage aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables

Bank & ERP Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ERP system reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies

Customer & Vendor Communications: Correspond professionally with customers regarding invoicing and payments; communicate with vendors regarding payment terms and account status

Month-End Close Activities: Support month-end accounting processes, including reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers, accrual adjustments, and report preparation

Payroll Support: Provide minimal payroll support as needed, including verification and processing of timesheets using company systems

Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate financial records, documentation, and filing systems in compliance with company standards
