Technical Support Specialist
JAC Products is a pioneer in the Tier I automotive space with over 55 years of experience. The Technical Support Specialist will resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking while providing hands-on support and managing help desk requests.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, software, and network systems
Log, track, and document incidents and resolutions in the JAC Products Help Desk
Perform system maintenance and patching
Provide on-site or remote technical support to users as needed
Triage server, network, and computer related incidents
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree in Computer Science or similar experience
Minimum 3 years working with computers, networks, and applications
Understanding of enterprise data center concepts (Windows, networking, server administration)
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities at once
Proactive, customer focused approach
Preferred
Two years help desk or customer service experience
