Responsibilities

Lead an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close process

Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reporting packages

Support budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly financial reviews

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions

Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance

Gather, evaluate, and present financial data to leadership

Set performance goals for accounting staff, provide coaching, and support professional development

Tracking and analyzing product costs, labor, and overhead

Preparing standard cost reports and variance analyses

Identifying opportunities for cost reductions and process improvements

Collaborating with operations to optimize inventory valuation and cost controls
