Responsibilities

Communicating event details and itinerary with the Sports department staff, Instructors, vendors, and participants

Delivering supplies; maintaining an inventory of the sports programs and assisting with program setup for tournaments and special events

Using automated systems to create and process reports, inventory lists, and customer surveys, among other clerical and administrative tasks

It is possible that other essential duties related to the specific role and department may be performed as required

Qualification

First Aid CertificationCPR CertificationProgrammatic Childcare ExperiencePhysical FitnessCommunication SkillsDetail-oriented

Required

High school diploma or equivalent and six (6) months of supervised programmatic childcare experience

Must undergo pre-employment, criminal, and fingerprinting background checks

First Aid (Infant through Adult)/CPR certifications prior to hire or immediately upon hire

Pass TB test within 30 days of hire and each year thereafter

Must be willing to attend (up to) 10 hours of paid programmatic training before the summer to enhance skills and knowledge of school-aged childcare and programming

Must be physically able to keep up with participants and lift 50 pounds
