Territory Sales Manager
Jackson Supply Company (JSC) is a leading HVAC distributor serving the South and Southwest regions. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales, business, or a related field
Knowledge of the HVAC industry is a significant advantage
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
Flexibility for local travel to meet with customers and visit different locations
