Creative Operations Coordinator
Palm Bay Marketing & SEO is a small, focused marketing team seeking a part-time Creative Operations Coordinator. The role involves reviewing content, coordinating with creatives, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities
Review raw videos images and graphics and flag what works (and what doesn’t)
Help identify angles for ads and short-form content
Coordinate with a U.S.-based video editor and a graphic designer
Quality-check creative before it’s finalized using our internal QA checklist
Manage simple AI-based graphic prompts for 5–6 clients (2 posts per week each)
Keep tasks organized and moving without needing constant oversight
Use AI as a task multiplier, with detail-oriented human judgement of output
