Commercial Expeditor

Responsibilities

Quote Expediting & Deal Support
Prepare, route, and fast-track sales quotations, revisions, and approvals; proactively remove bottlenecks
Track quote aging; drive follow-ups with KAMs/RSMs and customers to shorten time-to-decision
Coordinate with engineering, applications, finance, and supply chain as needed to finalize commercial terms
Customer Management & Success
Serve as a polished, articulate point of contact for day-to-day customer requests related to sales quotes, and projects
Triage and resolve issues quickly; escalate with context and recommendations
Maintain meticulous activity notes, next steps, and commitments in the CRM
Demand Generation & Events
Partner with the Demand Generation Manager on event logistics (webinars, trade shows, customer days): invitations, lists, confirmations, on-site support (as needed), and post-event follow-up
Convert event outcomes into qualified next actions; execute nurture cadences and hand-offs to KAMs/RSMs

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years in inside sales, customer service, outside sales, sales operations, or similar customer-facing functions
Articulate, polished, professional and persuasive. Clear, concise, and professional on phone, video, and email
Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint; Outlook)
CRM experience (Salesforce)
Proven ability to expedite processes across functions and keep multiple stakeholders aligned
High attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership

Preferred

Exposure to capital equipment, industrial machinery, plastics processing, or injection molding markets
Familiarity with quoting workflows (pricing, terms, approvals) and basic commercial math
Experience supporting trade shows, webinars, or field events
Continuing education, PMP, LSS, other
