Senior Vice President

Confidencial is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. The SVP will lead multiple business functions, drive corporate strategy into executable plans, and oversee budgeting and resource allocation while mentoring senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to corporate strategy and long-term business planning
Lead and oversee multiple business functions or divisions, ensuring alignment with company vision, goals, and performance targets
Translate corporate strategy into executable plans, driving growth, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness
Partner closely with the CEO, President, and other executive leaders on strategic initiatives, investments, and transformation efforts
Establish governance frameworks, performance management systems, and executive-level KPIs
Drive cross-functional collaboration and decision-making across senior leadership teams
Identify market opportunities, business risks, and growth initiatives; develop mitigation and expansion strategies
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation at a divisional or enterprise level
Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and high-potential talent, ensuring leadership succession and continuity
Represent the company externally with key stakeholders, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
12+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior executive or C-level exposure
Proven track record of leading complex organizations, business units, or large-scale operations
Strong strategic, financial, and commercial acumen with enterprise-level decision-making capability
Exceptional leadership presence, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience driving growth, transformation, and change management in dynamic environments
Ability to operate effectively in board-level and investor-facing contexts

Preferred

MBA preferred
Industry experience in finance, investment, technology, healthcare, or other highly regulated sectors is a strong plus
