Program Manager I - Realty Services PMO - Power BI

Responsibilities
Leads a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy
Assists with or manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals
Monitors the program budget while working to ensure success of the program
Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results
Teams with service partners to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Power BI, especially the development and maintenance of dashboards to visualize project/program performance and KPIs
Proficiency in Microsoft Project (scheduling/forecasting software), especially as it applies to strategic and operational realty services (corporate real estate) projects
Understanding of the realty services industry and key processes, including, but not limited to real estate transactions, corporate workplace strategy and planning, project/program financials and budgeting, design iterations, permitting and bidding, construction, and operations
Ability to develop and implement tools and methodologies (project controls) that monitor and provide recommendations for adhering to project budgets, timelines, and scope
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, especially with project stakeholders and key partners
Aptitude for managing multiple projects and assignments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
Bachelors
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through Project Management Institute (PMI), preferred
