Customer Service Representative
NM Group is a rapidly growing company expanding in Manhattan, seeking to build a strong team from the ground up. The Customer Service Representative role is an entry-level position focused on long-term growth, with opportunities for advancement into management within a year.
Responsibilities
Execute marketing presentations and client campaigns
Provide daily updates to team leads and weekly KPI reports to account managers
Build and maintain site and client relationships
Travel for networking events (every 2–3 months)
Lead monthly team presentations to track progress
Stay informed on client initiatives and market trends
Conduct market research ahead of new campaigns
Identify and propose new revenue opportunities
Qualification
Required

Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA a plus)
Based in NYC or able to relocate within 3–4 weeks
