Responsibilities

Assist with the review and updating of job descriptions as part of an organization-wide job description project

Ensure alignment with the organizational structure and job architecture by confirming that job titles, levels, and reporting relationships are consistent with the organization’s job framework and career ladder

Validate job description content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards

Review essential functions, qualifications, physical requirements, certifications, and required licenses to ensure they are clearly stated, legally compliant, and reflective of actual job expectations

Provide administrative and documentation support related to compensation and classification projects
