Oversee community licensure, certification, and compliance with regulations
Lead health services operations with focus on quality, safety, and service excellence
Manage department directors and support interdisciplinary teams
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and regulatory partners
Monitor budgets, analyze financial performance, and participate in collections and A/R
Coach and develop team members to achieve operational goals
Support admissions, occupancy development, and resident satisfaction initiatives
