Responsibilities

Build and lead a cross-system tech governance framework for backend, API, and infrastructure changes, focusing on risk management and engineering trust

Implement early-warning systems for hidden changes and strengthen automated alerts for potential issues

Support backend simplification, API consolidation, and risk reduction initiatives

Ensure release readiness with clear runbooks, impact mapping, and monitoring plans; align with release and UAT teams

Drive shared stability KPIs, transparent reporting, and governance rituals that accelerate engineering velocity

Promote platform stability thinking and educate teams on risk, dependency management, and defect prevention

Required

7–10+ years in technical program management, release/change management, or platform operations in complex environments

Ability to translate technical risks into business impact and brief executive leaders
