Responsibilities
Rapid Integration : Quickly ramp up on existing project workflows, architecture, and team processes to contribute effectively within the first two weeks
HAM Module Optimization : Lead or assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module
Platform Development : Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, including UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows
Integration Support : Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., discovery tools, procurement systems)
Team Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and fellow engineers in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions
Troubleshooting & Support : Provide Tier 3 support for complex platform issues, specifically related to Asset Management and core ITSM functions
Documentation : Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Developer
Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge) and CMDB
Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills within the ServiceNow framework
Preferred
Specific experience with the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module
