Financial Planning and Analysis
Prepare the monthly pack for P&L, Balance sheet
Analyze financial performance and improvement as needed
Budgeting and Forecasting
Lead the budgeting process
Prepare annual budget
Monitor and analyze budget variances
Cash Flow Management
Prepare and submit weekly cash flow to corporate office
Oversee and Manage AP and AR
Manage financial transactions in ERP System (MS Dynamics)
Prepare all journal entries as required
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in accounting / finance
High level of computer literacy, working knowledge of ERP systems
Organized and team management skills
Communication - written and verbal
Preferred
