Responsibilities
The IOP Clinical Director will ensure that all treatment services align with evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.)
The IOP Clinical director oversees treatment planning, assessments, and discharge planning for clients
The IOP Clinical Director evaluates program effectiveness and makes data-driven improvements
The IOP Clinical Director will ensure a client-centered approach that prioritizes individualized care
The IOP Clinical Director represents the program at community outreach events, conferences, and partnerships
Qualification
Required
Required Licensure: MFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent state-specific licensure required
CAC or LAC is strongly preferred in addition to professional licensure
Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, etc
Minimum of two years in a leadership role in an IOP or residential setting
Mandatory experience in program development, understanding growth rates, building revenue, and census
Addiction or Mental Health, 2 years required
