Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram) and create engaging content aligned with brand standards
Design and produce marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Suite
Oversee budgets, timelines, and coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure campaign success
Write compelling copy for ads, emails, and social posts to drive engagement and conversions
Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta tools, and CRM platforms; report on KPIs and optimize strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Revenue Management to align marketing efforts with business goals
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to keep campaigns innovative and effective
Generate monthly marketing reports and deliver insights to leadership for decision-making
Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong visual identity across all channels
Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
Apply data-driven insights to improve targeting, messaging, and overall campaign performance
Qualification
Required
At least three years of marketing experience
Strong digital marketing expertise, including e-commerce and social media
Proficient with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta platforms, and CRM systems
Solid understanding of performance tracking, reporting, and KPI optimization
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments to drive results
