Price/cost evaluation support (no negotiating)

Data collection/compilation/analysis

Required

Minimum of an active Secret security clearance

Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, at least five (5) of which must be in the DoD

OR, Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD

OR, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD

Specialized Experience: Recommend a minimum of three years of experience and a BA/BS degree for Journeyman. Recommend a minimum of ten years' experience and a BS/BA degree for Senior OR 15 years of experience

Recommend experience using contracting systems including, but not limited to, Contracting Writing System (ConWrite), SAM.gov, EDA, Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation (FPDS-NG), and AF Data Services

Recommend familiarity with the FAR, DoD FAR Supplement (DFARS), Department of the Air Force FAR Supplement (DAFFARS), Mandatory Procedures (MP), Informational Guidance (IG), as well as other applicable documents and regulations, systems, and guides, as required
