Strategic Sales Representative
NetSapiens, a Crexendo Company, is seeking a high-caliber Strategic Sales Representative to help lead the growth of their telecom software solutions. The role involves identifying and closing complex deals with telecommunications carriers and service providers, emphasizing strategic selling and relationship building at the executive level.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage high-potential service providers and partners in North America and CALA
Build and maintain executive-level relationships within carrier, MSP, and ISP organizations
Articulate the strategic value of the NetSapiens platform for delivering UCaaS, CCaaS and CPaaS Solutions
Position NetSapiens as the enabling layer that allows partners to own their brand, UI, roadmap, and customer experience
Leverage the strengths of our technology and its legacy of driving growth for over 240 Partners globally at 2X the rate of the market to over 7 million users overall
Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first engagement through close
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and deal progression within our CRM system (HubSpot)
Serve as a trusted internal advocate for partners, collaborating closely with marketing, engineering, and leadership
Ensure alignment between sales commitments, platform capabilities, and product roadmaps
Structure and negotiate multi-year agreements and pricing strategies
Leverage NetSapiens’ session-based licensing model to maximize partner ROI, scalability, and long-term margin growth
Stay ahead of 2026 market trends, including AI-driven voice services, automation, and open API ecosystems
Act as a strategic advisor to service providers modernizing their communications platforms
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years selling to Service Providers and the Communications Industry (telecommunications carriers, MSPs, ISPs, VARs)
5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, SaaS, or UCaaS
Strong understanding of VoIP, UCaaS architectures, cloud communications, and API-driven integrations
Ability to sell complex platforms to both technical and business stakeholders
Demonstrated success building long-term, trust-based relationships with C-level and VP-level decision makers
Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and enterprise procurement environments
Exceptional executive-level presentation and storytelling skills
Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes
Experience with modern sales stacks, including CRM platforms, LinkedIn, and sales orchestration tools
