Responsibilities

Set up and maintain financial software applications
Financial Reporting & Data Aggregation utilizing Addepar and other technology tools
Analyze and explain portfolio performance information
Conduct account level reconciliation, including research and resolution of cost basis information, cash flow information, and information breaks
Analysis of private equity & hedge fund statements, and capital call and distribution notices, for input into portfolio reporting system
Work with advisors and executive team to resolve data or reporting issues
Client onboarding into Addepar other technology tools
Quarterly and ad hoc reporting for all client portfolios
Customized ad hoc reporting of client portfolios for client communications as well as internal investment team and management meetings
Maintenance of client Addepar portals
Work as part of an ensemble team to ensure all projects are completed on time and to detailed specifications
Establish operational effectiveness through the development/adoption of policies, procedures and controls

Addepar proficiencyFinancial instruments knowledgeMS Excel skillsPowerPoint skillsDatabase concepts knowledgeSeries 65 certificationSalesforce CRM knowledgeCritical thinking skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's degree
Series 65 or willing to obtain within three months of hire date
Strong understanding of financial instruments
Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills
Significant experience working with Addepar and knowledge of Addepar logic
Experience working with custodians such as Schwab and Fidelity
Well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint Skills
Basic knowledge of database concepts and programming
Knowledge of various financial products, including alternative investments
Knowledge of performance reporting calculations and methodologies

Preferred

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
