Qualification
Required
1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in the service industry
Pass drug and background screenings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong organizational, time management, and basic mathematical skills
Proficiency working with a computer, using email, and with Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Work, Excel
Ability to effectively answer and route phone calls on a multi-line system
Ability to use a 10-key pad to perform data entry efficiently, accurately, and promptly
