Responsibilities
Oversee the entire production process for a customer account from start to finish
Communicate with Design for all Artwork needs as soon as the POs get placed
Helping design pick Pantones
Cutting & Folding artworks to send to the Overseas office
Uploading all artwork and sending the Link to the Overseas
Communicating regarding Tech packs
Follow up on Production timeline
Review all Strike offs, lab dips, PP samples, TOPs for approval
Take pictures and send out to customers for approval after reviewing with the Sales person
Send Strike offs /lab dips PP/TOP comments Overseas
Weekly Open Order review with the team, call out any production issues and help solve them
Help PD/Sales in meeting prep with regards to Samples/swatches etc
Maintain the TOP Library
Qualification
Required

Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience in merchandise production or a related field
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Fabrics is a must
Ability to work effectively with the Design team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Preferred
Experience in Home Textiles strongly preferred
