Perform experienced technical work providing records management and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 compliance support to an assigned department

Respond to public records requests and ensure that all materials and documents posted on the assigned department’s website and those that are responsive to public records requests are compliant with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act

Required

Associate's degree or successful completion of two (2) years [60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours] of college-level coursework in Legal Assisting, Paralegal, Business Administration, Office Administration, Library Science, or a closely related field

Must pass the Brevard County typing test at 35 correct words per minute

In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed
