Responsibilities

Test and evaluate specific systems with a team of engineers

Test fixtures and prototypes may be required to diagnose or test specific components

Hands-on testing, diagnostic work as well as software integration and development

Integrate avionics hardware within real-time closed-loop simulation environments

Debug software and hardware issues

Create and maintain cable diagrams and schematics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of avionics hardware

Provide technical support to other teams as needed

Interaction with customers and vendors will be required

Required

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering or science field and at least 5 years of experience in avionics hardware integration

Must be proficient in debugging issues (Electronics and Software)

Must be familiar with Cable Diagrams and Schematics

Must have excellent skills in Customer and Team Communication and Collaboration

Must have the ability to work with software and hardware

Must have software familiarity (Ability to read and understand) and the ability to Document and explain work

Multitasking of multiple parallel efforts

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

FPGA Programming/Implementation Familiarity
